Refund policy

Returns are available for both non-defective and defective products, and exchanges are accepted. Contact us no later than 30 days from the delivery date. For a non-defective return, including a change of mind, personal preference, or wrong selection, the item must be new, unused, unchanged, and accompanied by its original package, labels, and accessories. Damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing pieces, and material differences from the description also qualify for review.

Authorization is required before any parcel is mailed. Submit the order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear reason for the request. Images or video of the item and packaging are additionally required for damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing contents. Returns are completed by mail using the free return label included in the package. We charge no restocking fee. Replacement availability depends on stock. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed within 10 days, although later bank posting is outside our control.
